Sloane

Sloane is just a teething drooling mess lately! She only has the one tooth but is working on 3 others. I think we can feel the tip of a top one poking through though. Hopefully they will come through soon because they are really driving her nuts! After a million tries- I finally got a picture of her 1 tooth!

Ethan

Ethan joined CEO at school- it stands for Caring for the Earth and Others. He is my little tree hugger and I couldn't be happier! They are in charge of the school's recycling and they are required to do 10 hours of community service each year. He also gets to do fun things like help out with delivering Meals on Wheels which he gets to go and do while at school. He also sells smencils in the mornings at school- they are smelly pencils- weird, but the kids love them! The sucky think about that is that I have to take him to school 30 minutes early- it is hard enough to get him there at his normal time. I think he will have alot of fun doing all those activities though, and it will make school a little more enjoyable.

Ethan is becoming more confident in all things this year. He is doing great in soccer- he switches between being goalie and defense. We even went and bought him special glasses to use for soccer so he doesn't have to push them up on his nose constantly and worry about them falling off or breaking. Jim has spent alot of time practicing with him at night and I think it is really helping.
When he isn't at school or playing soccer he is hanging out and playing with his buddies. This ALWAYS seems to include a weapon of some sort...

Cameron

Cameron is at a great age right now- he LOVES to pretend. His biggest thing right now is being batman. He even changes his voice and will keep it up for a long time. I had him get my kitty that was stuck up high- you can see him holding it for me right here...
He also can spend hours playing in the rain. And his other favorite passtime is doing anything and everything with his sister. He really loves to play with her and make her laugh. Unfortunately I can never get that on camera because Sloane will stop laughing and just stare at the camera!

Sloane now thinks she is all grown up. She doesn't want to just sit still anymore- she has places to go!

A BIG day of firsts!

Well, yesterday Sloane sat up by herself, rolled over from front to back (she can go both ways now), AND she got her first tooth!

First haircut

Well, I did it, I cut her hair! I figured that way I would be able to keep it because it would only be another week before it all fell out anyway. She still has a bit of a mohawk and the rest of her head is getting fuzzier too so she isn't completely bald.
